"Good until you lose your password. I called the customer service and submitted all the documents required for a reset. I got a request to reset my password. I reset the password and on trying to log in, it said my account was blocked! When I called the customer care they asked me to redo the reset procedure.. Ridiculous. Actually deleted the app after this, waste of time."
